Flaney,  was commissioned in the Western District at Ft. Smith, Arkansas, serving under Marshal Jacob Yoes.  In January of 1891, he was summoned to serve a warrant of arrest to Ben Reece wanted for larceny.  He transported his prisoner to the federal jail in Ft. Smith, Arkansas.

Fleming, Roscoe C. was appointed to the Southern District assigned to Ardmore, Chickasaw Nation, as circuit deputy.  Fleming rode with Deputy Marshals Bud Ledbetter and A. R. Cottle in December of 1905, to the town of Porum, where they seized sixty gallons of whiskey.  The seized liquor was spilled in the street to show the citizens of that town they meant business.  The local druggist was arrested and charged with selling liquor.

Flock, Jordan O.  was commissioned on July 21, 1869, in the District Court at Van Buren, Arkansas, serving under Marshal William A. Britton.  Jordan was commissioned on August 2, 1871, by Marshal Logan S. Roots in the Western District Court when the Van Buren Court was closed.  Deputy Marshal Flock lived in Greenwood, Sebastian County, Arkansas.

Flomilins, James was a deputy marshal that worked in Indian Territory in 1894.

Flore, Frank was commissioned in the Southern District Court of Indian Territory at Paris Texas.  In July of 1893, Frank Flore, Ran Dickerson, Bill Ritter and Bill McCall were taken to the Ft. Smith, Arkansas court where they were acquitted of the killing of Walsh Bruner of Brunertown, Seminole Nation.
